Orders
After you place an order, we call you to confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available or we can’t reach you to confirm it. You’re never charged for a cancelled order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Jordanian dinars. Your total, including the delivery fee, is shown before you place your order. You pay when your order arrives, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Nothing is charged online.
Delivery
We deliver within Jordan. The delivery fee and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout, and the time is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Cancelling
You can cancel your order until we confirm it by phone. After that, the order is final. If an order is refused at the door, or we can’t reach you to deliver it, we may decline your future orders.
Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, DM us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund you. Refunds are made by CliQ. We don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms shown when you place your order are the ones that apply to it. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
